GUD Holdings Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2014, was 21 Australian cents per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of 24 cents per share.
EPS rose 14.5% year over year from 18 cents.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was A$14.9 million, an increase of 14.6% from A$13.0 million in the prior-year period.
Total revenue came to A$297.1 million, compared with A$298.4 million in the prior-year period, and total operating expenses fell year over year to A$269.2 million from A$274.4 million.
Reported net income grew on an annual basis to A$17.3 million, or 24 cents per share, from A$4.7 million, or 7 cents per share.
