Roman Lupoy, Yuri Yaruhin and Igor Sharov were appointed deputy chairmen of PJSC Vernum Bank's management board.

Prior to the appointments, Lupoy served as management board member and head of risk management, while Yaruhin oversaw the legal department, also as a member of the management board. Sharov served as adviser to the chairman of the management board, the lender said Jan. 20.
