Flood Financial Services has joined LPL Financial Holdings Inc.'s broker/dealer and registered investment adviser platforms.

South Burlington, Vt.-based Flood Financial managed nearly $330 million in client assets as of June 1.

Flood Financial was earlier affiliated with Lincoln Financial Services.
