Banco Internacional del Perú SAA, or Interbank, on March 25 will auction corporate bonds worth up to 150.0 million Peruvian soles, according to a securities filing dated March 21.
The notes, worth 75.0 million soles but expandable up to the aforementioned amount, carry a term of 10 years and a fixed annual interest rate which will be determined in the offering. The securities will mature on March 26, 2029.
Banco de Crédito del Perú will serve as a negotiation representative during the offering, while Inteligo Sociedad Agente de Bolsa will be the placing agent.
In addition, Interbank on March 25 will auction deposit certificates worth up to 200.0 million soles. These mature on March 20, 2020, according to a filing.
As of March 21, US$1 was equivalent to 3.30 Peruvian soles.
