HSBC Holdings Plc named Iain MacKinnon group treasurer and head of asset, liability and capital management, Reuters reported Jan. 25.

He replaces Bryan Pascoe, who left the group treasurer post at the end of 2016 to become head of client coverage for the bank's commercial banking unit.

MacKinnon will retain oversight of the tax function alongside his new role, the report noted.
