China Overseas Grand unit applies to list US$500M notes offering in Hong Kong

China Overseas Grand Oceans Finance IV (Cayman) Ltd. filed an application with the Hong Kong stock exchange for the listing of its planned issuance of US$500.0 million in 4.875% notes due 2021.

Listing of the notes, which will be guaranteed by China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Ltd., is expected to take effect June 4.

China International Capital Corp., ICBC International, UBS and the Hong Kong branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank function as joint global coordinators, joint book runners and joint lead managers for the offering. Bocom International, China CITIC Bank International, China Construction Bank (Asia) and Orient Securities (Hong Kong) also serve as joint book runners and joint lead managers, according to a news release.
