Grupo Improsa to offer shares to shareholders in a 2nd round

Costa Rica's Grupo Financiero Improsa SA will offer 967.4 million Costa Rican colones worth of shares in a second round of offering of common shares to shareholders with preferential rights.

The company will offer 546,563,929 shares at a price of 1.77 colones per share Dec. 11.

In a security filing Nov. 30, Grupo Improsa also said it placed 1,234,190,527 shares in the first round of the issuance.

As of Nov. 30, US$1 was equivalent to 565.94 Costa Rican colones.
