Guadalupe National Bank changes name, charter

Guadalupe National Bank is now called Guadalupe Bank, according to the websites of the Texas Department of Banking and the Federal Reserve's National Information Center.

The regulators' websites indicated that the Kerrville, Texas-based bank changed from a national bank to a nonmember bank, with the conversion taking effect June 29.

The bank is a unit of Relationship Financial Corp.
