Keynote Corporate Services hikes fiscal-year dividend

The board of India-based Keynote Corporate Services Ltd. proposed a higher dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The company recommended a dividend of 2.50 rupees per equity share from 1 rupee per equity share in the prior-year period, according to a May 28 stock exchange filing.

The dividend is subject to shareholders' approval.

In addition, the company approved the resignation of Hitesh Shah as independent director on its board.

As of May 28, US$1 was equivalent to 67.43 Indian rupees.
