Samuels plans $350M mixed-use project in Boston

Samuels & Associates Inc. informed Boston planning officials of its plans for a $350 million mixed-use air-rights project, spanning up to 545,000 square feet over the Massachusetts Turnpike, the Boston Business Journal reported.

The real estate development company plans to build a 237-foot-tall, 325,000-square-foot office tower and a 150-foot-tall residential or hotel building, spanning between 125,000 and 150,000 square feet, as well as 70,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, on the Parcel 12 site at the end of Boylston and Newbury streets.

According to the report, the company plans to file a project notification form to the Boston Planning and Development Agency within the next 90 days.
