Federal Reserve Board fines First State Bank of Dongola

The Federal Reserve Board has fined First State Bank of Dongola $15,000 for violations of the National Flood Insurance Act.

The act applies to loans secured by buildings in areas prone to flood hazards.

The order requires the Dongola, Ill.-based bank to pay the sum to the National Flood Insurance Program.
