* Reebok International Ltd. sold its former headquarters, comprising four buildings with a total of 680,000 square feet on 65 acres of land in Canton, Mass., to Spear Street Capital for $88 million, the Boston Business Journal reported, citing Norfolk County deed records.

* An affiliate of Taconic Capital Advisors LP purchased the Northstar Center complex, comprising a 645,000-square-foot office building and the 222-room Crowne Plaza hotel at 625 Marquette Ave. in Minneapolis, for $62.7 million from PCCP LLC, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.

* The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA sold the 30-story AT&T City Center building at 600 19th St. N. in Birmingham, Ala., with about 700,000 square feet of vacant space, to 600 North 19th Street LLC for about $29.3 million, the Birmingham Business Journal reported, citing property records.

* United Properties sold the first and second floors of the Gaviidae Common building at 605 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis to KB Property Advisors for $24.6 million, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.

*Real estate developer Stratus Properties Inc agreed to sell one Amarra Drive Phase II lot and eight Amarra Drive Phase III lots in Barton Creek, Texas, for $5.9 million.
