TOP MOVES

* Spotify AB co-founder Martin Lorentzon is leaving Telia Co. AB's board, Göteborgs Posten reported March 6. Lorentzon will be replaced by Martin Tivéus, COO of the Nordics division at digital payments company Klarna AB.

* Deutsche Telekom AG unit Hrvatski Telekom will reorganize its board's management structure after the expiration of Boris Batelic's role as chief executive of user experience May 1, Broadband TV News reported March 2. That role will be abolished and the Croatian operator's board will then be composed of six members, including those who will be in charge of technical and information functions, private user segment and their user experience, the business segment users and their user experience and human resources functions.

MEDIA INDUSTRY MOVES

* Technicolor confirmed March 6 the appointment of Laurent Carozzi as the group's CFO. He will become a member of the company's executive committee from March 12. Carozzi joins Technicolor from Publicis Groupe SA where he was deputy CFO from early 2017. He also spent 12 years at Lagardère SCA.

* Agence France-Presse appointed Jérôme Jaroussie as its chief information officer, effective March 5. Jaroussie replaces Caroline Raveton, the company announced March 5.

* Anaïs Baker, former executive of NBCUniversal Media LLC's NBCUniversal International Formats, has been appointed as British Broadcasting Corp. unit BBC Worldwide Ltd.'s factual entertainment, entertainment and formats executive producer, World Screen reported March 1. Baker will report directly to factual entertainment, entertainment and formats Genre Director Tracy Forsyth. NBCUniversal is a unit of Comcast Corp.

* FremantleMedia Group Ltd appointed Bruno Fallot as president of FremantleMedia France effective March 1, the company announced Feb. 27. Fallot is currently executive producer of "France's Got Talent."

COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY MOVES

* Nokia Corp. named Sanjay Goel president of global services, effective April 1. Goel, who will also join the Nokia group's leadership team, was previously head of Nokia's global services sales unit.

* Maciej Bral has been appointed general director of Fox Networks Group in central Europe, Broadband TV News reported March 5. Bral will be based in Warsaw and will be in charge of developing and implementing strategies for the Fox Networks Group units in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Fox Networks Group is a unit of 21st Century Fox Inc.

* Chango Eersel has been appointed the new general director of Dutch cloud service provider Iton Beleggingen NV from March 1. Eersel will succeed Pim de Joode.

* Conal Henry has stepped down as CEO of Irish fiber operator Enet, weeks before the state awards the National Broadband Plan to the company, Dublin's The Irish Times reported Feb. 27. Enet became the sole bidder in the country's broadband project after eir's withdrawal.

* Samsung Group's German unit has appointed Olaf May as head of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s business-to-business segment in Germany, effective immediately. May most recently served as IT and mobile communication vice president of Samsung Electronics and was previously the head of Samsung's consumer business for mobile products, the company said Feb. 22.
