Société Générale SA issued international bonds totaling $1.50 billion, Cbonds reported.

The fixed-rate notes mature March 28, 2024, and carry a 3.875% coupon.

Citigroup, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Société Générale and Wells Fargo acted as book runners for the issuance.
