Richard Yorke, who was COO of Wells Fargo & Co.'s key wholesale business in 2017, is leaving the bank amid its efforts to further integrate its corporate and investment banking segments, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing an internal bank memo.
Yorke also managed the bank's international group, which until mid-2017 included oversight of its foreign exchange business.
A company representative confirmed his departure, which is expected in August, the report said.
