First Solar wraps sale of 250-MW Nev. solar facility to Capital Dynamics

First Solar Inc. on March 30 said it has completed the sale of its cash equity interests in the 250-MW Moapa Southern Paiute solar facility in Nevada to Capital Dynamics AG for an undisclosed sum.

General Electric Co. unit GE Energy Financial Services and a Goldman Sachs Group Inc. affiliate share minority tax equity interests in the Clark County-based facility, which holds a 25-year power purchase agreement with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

First Solar Energy Services will operate and maintain the facility.
