Global Logistic Properties Ltd. said that "several" shortlisted parties have already commenced due diligence on the company following a review of "various" nonbinding proposals related to a possible outright sale.
The acquisition of all or some of the company's shares is one of the possible options identified in its ongoing strategic review.
According to a news release, the special committee that reviewed the proposals is still in talks with the unnamed parties.
Blackstone Group LP, Warburg Pincus and Chinese retailer Suning Holdings Group Co. are reportedly among the parties interested in the possible sale.
