Chris Sullivan is set to retire and will vacate his post as head of the corporate bank at Santander UK Plc in the fall, The Times of London reported.
Sullivan joined the Banco Santander SA unit in December 2015, a year after he resigned as deputy CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC amid a controversy involving RBS' now-defunct Global Restructuring Group. Sullivan was in charge of RBS' corporate banking unit, which GRG was part of.
