Solar Alliance shareholders approve sale of British Columbia wind assets

Solar Alliance Energy Inc. shareholders approved the company's sale of certain wind assets in British Columbia to Concord Green Energy for C$1.4 million.

During the Dec. 4 annual and special general meeting, the shareholders also approved the company's rolling 10% stock option and as well as the nominations of Jason Bak, David Lamont, Ken Stadlin and Michael Clark as directors of the company's board, according to a release.
