Secondary offering of Black Knight common shares closes

A secondary offering of Black Knight Inc. common shares closed May 11.

Under the offering, the selling shareholders agreed to sell 13,616,074 Black Knight common shares at $49.94 apiece. Black Knight did not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds.

The shares were sold by affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners LP, board members and management members, pursuant to an underwriting agreement with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., as underwriter.
