Ward Timken resigns as CEO/chairman of TimkenSteel

Ward Timken resigned as CEO, president and chairman of alloy steel producer TimkenSteel Corp.

Timken, also known as Tim, said it was time for new leadership in an effort to revitalize the company. He served as CEO for five years.

TimkenSteel said Oct. 9 that it appointed Terry Dunlap as interim CEO and president, with John Reilly named as chairman, effective immediately.
