CIFI Holdings agrees HK$500M loan

CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. said it agreed a HK$500 million loan with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. on March 28.

The facility has a final maturity of 42 months after the first utilization date.

The facility also has an accession option of an additional US$440 million from other accession lenders.

The utilization period for the initial amount and the accession is three months from the date of the facility agreement.
