Värde Partners to buy 32% stake in LAMDA's subsidiary for €61M

Värde Partners Inc. signed a deal with LAMDA Development SA to acquire a 31.7% stake in its unit, LAMDA Malls S.A., for €61.3 million.

LAMDA Malls holds shares of LAMDA Domi SA and Pylea SA, which in turn own Golden Hall and Mediterranean Cosmos Shopping Centers, respectively. LAMDA Malls' investment portfolio has an initial value of €331 million.

The acquisition will be completed when prerequisites that are cited on the contractual documents are fulfilled.
