Denver-based real estate investor Black Creek Group LLC bought a 225,335-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Weston, Fla., from New York-based asset manager Teachers Insurance Annuity Association for $32.4 million, The Real Deal reported.
The 2000-built property at 2965 W. Corporate Lakes Blvd. comprises 30,000 square feet of office space, 30-foot clear heights, 32 dock-high doors, two oversized drive-in ramps and 296 parking spaces.
The building is mostly leased by Postal Center International as its corporate headquarters under a multiyear agreement, the publication added.
