Gladstone Commercial Corp. issued 2,132,523 common shares under its at-the-market equity offering programs in fiscal year 2017, generating net proceeds of $45.5 million.

The diversified real estate investment trust also issued 504,395 series D preferred shares under the program for $12.7 million in net proceeds.
