Aviva Investors fund places London property on the market for £120M

Aviva Investors' retail fund Aviva Investors UK Funds Property Trust is placing its 20 Soho Square property in London on the market for "just under" £120 million, Property Week reported.

The 64,606-square-foot building serves as the Soho headquarters of American software firm Palantir Technologies, which fully occupies the property on a 10-year lease that commenced in 2016.

The asking price reflects a yield of 4%.

The March 20 report said agents at JLL and CBRE have been instructed to market the property.

The building is leased at £74 per square foot and was refurbished before Palantir moved in, the report noted.
