Tokyu REIT files ¥100B shelf

Tokyu REIT Inc. filed a shelf registration for ¥100 billion worth of corporate bonds that it plans to issue from Dec. 12 to Dec. 11, 2019.

Proceeds from such issuances will be used to acquire assets and to maintain, manage and operate them, as well as to repay debt financing and redeem investment corporation bonds, among other purposes.

As of Dec. 1, US$1 was equivalent to ¥112.86.
