ASB Finance to issue €30M of fixed-rate notes

New Zealand's ASB Finance Ltd. will issue €30 million of fixed-rate notes under its US$70 billion euro medium-term note program.

The notes, which will be issued April 3, will carry an interest rate of 1.636% and will mature April 3, 2030, the company said March 28.

ASB Finance is a unit of Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
