Sky Light Holdings H1 profit falls YOY

Sky Light Holdings Ltd said its first-half normalized net income was HK$4.8 million, a fall of 94.5% from HK$88.7 million in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue declined 56.9% year over year to HK$559.7 million from HK$1.30 billion, and total operating expenses decreased 52.5% from the prior-year period to HK$555.7 million from HK$1.17 billion.

Reported net income declined 96.1% from the prior-year period to HK$3.8 million, or 0 cents per share, from HK$97.4 million, or 16 cents per share.
