Vora Ventures buys digital commerce company Hinge

Cincinnati-based private equity firm Vora Ventures LLC acquired digital commerce company Hinge Consulting LLC for an undisclosed amount.

Hinge provides market information, strategy, competitive insights and expert teams managing the overall marketplace business.

Vora Ventures, which bought India-headquartered ShakeDeal in June 2018, has a portfolio of companies that are involved in the business-to-business software, services and infrastructure space. Hinge's deal with Vora will allow the company to expand its presence globally and grow investment in commerce technologies.
