Huili Resources outlines change of chairman, directors

Huili Resources (Group) Ltd. said March 11 that Li Xiaobin resigned as executive director, chairman and authorized representative of the company due to personal reasons.

Xiang Siying, an independent nonexecutive director, was appointed chairman and authorized company representative.

Cao Shiping also resigned as an independent nonexecutive director and a member of the audit committee for personal reasons.

The company appointed Zhou Jianzhong as an executive director and Chan Pingkuen as an independent nonexecutive director and a member of the audit committee.

All changes are effective March 11.

Huili Resources' assets include the Baiganhu zinc-lead property and the Huangjinmei gold property in China.
