Workspace looks to sell 3 London office assets

Workspace Group PLC is seeking buyers for three office buildings in north London for a total sum of £45 million, representing a 4.8% yield, Property Week reported.

The U.K.-based flexible office space provider is selling the Acute portfolio, which comprises The Ivories Business Centre in Islington, Spectrum House in Kentish Town and Belgravia Workshop in Belgravia, as part of its push to divest its smaller office assets to focus on the larger properties within its £2 billion portfolio.

Bids are expected in the coming weeks, according to the report.
