Troilus begins 30,000-meter drilling program at namesake copper-gold project

Troilus Gold Corp. said Feb. 5 that it began a 30,000-meter drilling program at the Troilus gold-copper project in Quebec, targeting the Z87, J4 & J5 and Southwest Zone deposits.

The company said that the drilling aims to expand the defined underground resource below the past-producing Z87 and J4 & J5 open pit mines, with drilling at the Southwest Zone aiming to initiate near-surface exploration 3.5 kilometers southwest of the Z87 open pit.
