British Telecom is in exclusive discussions with Mayfair Equity Partners LLP for the potential sale of the operator's corporate business in Ireland, Reuters reported, citing Sky News editor Mark Kleinman's tweet.
The deal to sell the British operator's Irish business is expected to be worth more than €300 million.
Earlier reports also revealed that BT has plans to divest about £100 million of telecom infrastructure assets in the Netherlands and was in early-stage talks to sell its Spanish business, BT España.
