Wells Fargo & Co. named David Marks head of its asset-based lending unit, Wells Fargo Capital Finance.

Marks, who has previously led sales and service groups in the company's wholesale banking segment, will replace Guy Fuchs, who resigned in March.

Wells Fargo Capital Finance is a division of Wells Fargo Commercial Capital group.
