Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co. promoted Dave Raszeja to senior vice president, financial management and chief risk officer, and Vicki Robinson to senior vice president, chief ethics and compliance officer.

Raszeja was appointed chief risk officer in 2012 and chief ethics officer in 2014. Robinson acted as COO and chief compliance and risk officer at Penn Mutual Asset Management LLC, prior to her promotion.
