Peeks Social Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended Nov. 30, 2015, was a loss of 7 Canadian cents per share, compared with a loss of 29 cents per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of C$1.4 million, compared with a loss of C$3.3 million in the prior-year period.
Total revenue declined 88.4% on an annual basis to C$12,230 from C$105,850, and total operating expenses decreased 62.1% from the prior-year period to C$2.1 million from C$5.4 million.
Reported net income came to a loss of C$2.3 million, or a loss of 12 cents per share, compared to a loss of C$5.3 million, or a loss of 47 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
