Black Creek acquires 2 industrial properties in Washington's Puget Sound region

Black Creek Group LLC bought two class A industrial properties in Washington's Puget Sound region from a partnership between Panattoni Development Co. Inc. and LaSalle Investment Management Inc. for a total of $87.6 million.

The almost 265,000-square-foot North Auburn Logistics property sits on 15.3 acres of land at 6607 S. 287th St. and is fully leased to Raymond Handling Concepts Corp., Holman Distribution and BMC East LLC.

The Reserve @ Woodinville property at 15902 Woodinville-Redmond Road spans almost 159,000 square feet on 8.8 acres of land. The building is fully occupied by Black Raven Brewing Co., Mass. Electric Construction Co., Woodinville Custom Wines and Paizo Inc.

Colliers International brokered the transaction.
