Workspace Group declares higher dividend

Workspace Group Plc declared a final dividend of 14.27 pence per share for the year ended March 31, up 40% from the previous final dividend of 10.19 pence per share.

This brings the total dividend of the year to 21.07 pence per share, including the interim dividend of 6.80 pence per share paid in February.

The final dividend, which will be paid as a property income distribution, is payable Aug. 7 to shareholders of record as of July 7.
