Pittsburgh-based TriState Capital Holdings Inc. director Mark Sullivan retired from the company's board and that of its unit TriState Capital Bank. He will continue as an employee of TriState Capital Bank.


Pikeville, Ky.-based Community Trust Bancorp Inc. appointed Ina Matthews to its board and that of its unit Community Trust Bank Inc.


Derby, Vt.-based Community National Bank added Shelly Morey as community circle director and bank officer upon the retirement of current director Linda Cloutier.

Jernigan Capital director Randall Churchey resigned from the board for personal reasons, effective Oct. 11. Churchey has served as a director since 2018.
