Caesars Entertainment board member resigns

Caesars Entertainment Corp. board member Marilyn Spiegel resigned, citing personal reasons, on Jan. 31.

The company decided to reduce the size of the board to 10 members from 11 on Feb. 1. Spiegel also resigned as a member of the compensation and management development committee, shrinking the committee to two members from three.
