S&P: Japan Housing Finance Agency issues ¥201.9B of notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency has issued ¥201.9 billion series 117 fixed-rated residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said Jan. 30.

The notes bear an interest rate of 0.46% and are due February 2052.

As of Jan. 30, US$1 was equivalent to ¥113.84.
