JLL buys Philippine construction company

Real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. acquired Philippine construction company JCL International Inc. for an undisclosed sum, expanding its project and construction platform.

JCL senior partners John Morgan and Calum Swinnerton will report to Henning Badenhop, JLL's managing director for project and development services in Southeast Asia.

JCL provides services including management of projects, construction, design, procurement, energy, cost and claims, according to a release.
