Meridian sells Concord, Calif., office property for $30.9M

Meridian closed the sale of the Sutter Square office building in Concord, Calif., to a joint venture between Barker Pacific Group Inc. and Iron Point Partners LLC for $30.9 million.

The real estate developer bought the 174,689-square-foot property at 1800 Sutter St. in August 2017 and increased the building's occupancy to almost 90% during its ownership.
