Autodesk prices $500M in notes

Autodesk Inc. issued $500 million in notes due Jan. 15, 2030, at an annual interest rate of 2.85%.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the sale to repay $450 million of its 3.125% notes due June 15 and for other general corporate purposes.

The offering, whose joint book-running managers are BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, is expected to close on Jan. 14.
