Citigroup Global Markets makes offer for Bancolombia's 2021 notes

Citigroup Global Markets made a cash purchase offer for any and all of Bancolombia SA's outstanding 5.950% senior notes due in 2021 for an outstanding principal amount of $995.6 million.

Citi Global Markets is offering $1,023.50 per $1,000 in principal amount of notes validly tendered. It is also offering an early tender premium of $30.00.

The offer expires at 11:59 PM on Feb. 5, while the early tender deadline is set for Jan. 22.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the dealer managers for the tender offer, while Global Bondholder Services Corp. is the information and tender agent.

In December 2019, Citi completed a tender offer for Bancolombia's 6.125% subordinated notes due 2020, and 5.125% subordinated notes due 2022, receiving valid tenders of about $490.5 million out of the total $750.0 million.
