Shenyang Public Utility company secretary resigns

Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Co. Ltd.'s joint company secretary, Wu Tai Cheung, will resign from his post, effective Aug. 1.

Wu will concurrently step down from his position as authorized representative of the Chinese diversified property investment holding company, according to a release.

Tung Sze Ho Dicky, elected by external secretarial service provider Angela Ho & Associates, will replace Wu in the two positions on the same day.
