Intel names principal accounting officer

Intel Corp. on Nov. 15 appointed Kevin McBride principal accounting officer.

McBride, who joined Intel in 2000, is a vice president of finance and serves as corporate controller at Intel.

The company increased the annual base salary of McBride to $320,000, and his target annual incentive amount under Intel’s Annual performance bonus program was set at $316,800, according to a Nov. 21 SEC filing.
