ANZ Bank New Zealand to raise NZ$100M via debt issue

ANZ Bank New Zealand Ltd. is offering up to NZ$100 million of unsecured unsubordinated fixed-rate bonds with the ability to accept unlimited oversubscriptions to retail and institutional investors in the country.

The bonds bear an indicative margin of 1.00% to 1.05% per year and will mature May 30, 2023. The expected issuance date of the bonds is May 30.

The offer kicks off May 21 and will close May 24, according to a May 21 release.

As of May 18, US$1 was equivalent to NZ$1.45.
