Wellesley Bancorp to pay cash dividend of 5.5 cents

Wellesley Bancorp Inc. will pay a quarterly cash dividend of 5.5 cents per share, an increase of 0.5 cent from the previous payout of 5 cents.

The dividend will be payable June 20 to the Wellesley, Mass.-based company's shareholders of record as of June 6.

In addition to the dividend announcement, Garry Holmes has been appointed as a director to the boards of Wellesley Bancorp and its subsidiary, Wellesley Bank. Holmes oversees all of the operations of R.W. Holmes Realty Co Inc., a company he joined in 1986.
